Alternatively, you could ask your Palace Station host to get you connected to a host over at Durango. Obviously, each to their own in terms of how to approach this, but I would probably just book a stay and then speak with a host once you are there on property and see what costs they will back-waive you for that first visit, whilst remembering that obviously Durango will be a more expensive property than Palace Station, also with higher expectations on the gambling front, to earn similar levels of comps.
I'm only Platinum level with Stations, but I know that the level you are indicating you are (President level) does automatically include a host.
